who am i?
I am a personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach based out of Manchester, guiding people to become the strongest and most resilient version of themselves.
From complete beginners to those who compete, I work with all levels, catering your training to suit your needs and experience level - wether you want to become better at your sport, do your first strongman competition, or simply get stronger because it’s good fun.
I focus on building your knowledge and expertise, making sure you understand every step of your training and are able to put everything into practice, becoming the strongest person you know.
I compete in strongman, and have found a new passion in rugby - playing loosehead prop - so my knowledge is also backed by experience, and I walk the walk alongside the people I train.
Outside of training, I have an incredible wife and two cats, so life is good.

PERSONAL TRAINING
A mixture of in-person coaching alongside a plan created specifically for you and your needs. You get hands-on support and corrections in the moment, and this lets us reach your goals much faster.
The best option for a comprehensive training plan, combining the practical and online training.
ONLINE COACHING
A full online service, with your training program being sent to you to complete each week, with written and video support along the way.
Best for those who feel comfortable with their training, but need direction, goals, and a clear plan of how to achieve them.
To anyone local, this also includes a monthly training session together to work through form in-person.
group online coaching (Coming soon)
A great budget option for those looking at general strength - this one is less individualised, but we cycle through different types of training to make sure no one aspect is left behind.
Great for those happy with their training, but want more accountability, community, and goals to work towards.
